Zero-Turn Mower 54 in. Complete Bagging System for Z500 Series

This package and cost includes the following parts needed for the complete Twin Bagger system for a John Deere ZTrak R model with a 54″ mowing deck:

• Twin Bagger
• Rear Bumper Bar Kit
• Power Flow
• Chute
• The 6.5-bushel rear bagger package efficiently collects material from the mower deck
  • The Power Flow blower on the end of the mower deck moves material up the chute and into the hopper.
  • The Chute is required, along with the high-performance Power Flow blower, to use the 2-bag Power Flow material collection system. The chute includes a convenient handle and a fill indicator that tells the operator when the bags are getting full.  One chute works with several vehicle applications. Trim lines on the chute are referenced in the instructions so the chute can be cut to the proper length for the vehicle/mower application.  Includes mounting strap
  • The Rear Bumper Bar Kit will protect your engine cowling and engine against rear collisions. Zero Turn mowers allow for frequent change between forward and reverse motion. This could result in increased impacts to the rear of your Residential Zero Turn Mower.
  • The hopper design provides efficient bagging performance, clean operation, and easy-to-empty bags:
  • • Two durable bags give a generous, 6.5-bushel capacity.
    • The bags lift out for easy emptying.
    • Efficient chute provides a smooth flow of material to reduce the chance of plugging.
    • Standard mower blades are used for bagging.
    • Air exhaust duct directs air from the hopper back and toward the ground for clean operation.
    • Convenient latch makes opening and closing the hopper easy.
    • No-tools installation makes the hopper easy to install and remove. No tools are required after initial installation.
    • Two 15-lb weights are included for installation on the front of the vehicle to help counterbalance the weight of the hopper.
